Efffff man that sucks dude. Jordan brand should already have known this would happen and stick 8 lacetips in a bag and attached it to a shoe like extra laces.

They never learn...

did they ask where u purchased from?? i emailed kc to tell them about the lacetip issue. i told them to make sure my lacetips are included. still no shipping confirmation tho, let alone the actual shoes.

I told them it was a Jordan DSM collab that only released with them and that it was a known manufacture issue with no replacements by them since it would have to come from Nike. I asked for the coupon and she came back in 1 minute and said they will issue me a 20% off coupon code.

You don't have to be rude but you gotta say it the right way. We're the consumer at the end of the day spending the money. This is not the normal flaws that we typically see from Nike, it's missing the lace tips that screw on.

Funny how prices dropped, i feel like they will rise again... one of those shoes u have to see in person before judging... a lot of ppl sre sleepin and will soon regret, luv my pair price drop or not!
