Campout Q's

Hey.. I just want to know how you campout for shoes for example fairview mall and scarborough town centre?  What time and which entrance do you go to? Does footlocker and champs open up earlier than regular mall hours? Are there any good shoe store you could recommend outside the mall?(Scarborough area only please)
