seems like the phone accessories is the easiest to do.

high mark up on that stuff when you order it from china.

but everybody doing it so market could be saturated depending where you open your kiosk.


i also see some kiosk with women stuff : bracelets, scarf, etc.
 
Been considering a food trailer type huslle. There's plenty of local community markets that have all different type of food trucks and the wife and I know we can make better grub than a lot of them. The only thing holding me back is space availability. We've been trying to get on for a year or two now and there aren't any spots. We'll have to wait it out. One or two days a week for a few hours wouldn't be too bad
 
can't read the articles on pennyhoarder for some reason. am i the only one having this problem?
 
also taking my real estate licensing exam in about a month, going to save money from that and hopefully start doing some hustles. Great thread

This e commerce stuff really interest me but I need to do more research and learn more about the process and see how much time I would need to make some extra cash.

Those good grades can get you a good job at a good company, but when you're at risk of getting laid off, you'll wish you had a side hustle. One thing they typically don't teach you in school: NEVER RELY ON ONE SOURCE OF INCOME.

Word, i will say some stuff doesnt need to be discussed on a public form, i think the key is to find people about hustling and trading info popping off business moves via private convo.
 
I work for an IT dept that handles accounts for our distributing partners (education and residential), and we purchased a 100 Streaming accounts to be registered for devices (roku, xbox, appletv, etc).  The apartment complex that we have a contract with only used 80% of them....which means I have roughly spots to be filled.  So what I do is sell the remaining accounts .... Guarantee'd for 1yr!!!

i sell sneakers on the side check the feedback... and no im not a reseller i sell kicks i dont use anymore for steal prices or shoes i havent worn to flight club and make bank... every shoe i sell is my size and i only buy 1 pair of that particular shoe unless its my favorite i get doubles for myself... i end up feeling guilty about the double so i flip it...

Uber has a ton of promos trying to get people to sign up, getting the extra promotional money makes it worth it. I signed up and got a $25 gift card CC, then after 5 rides, I got a $50 credit into my account, and $150 after 10 rides. I haven't used it since. I made over $325 with just 10 rides
I wouldn't do it without any sort of promotional money though. I also live in Chicago, so the surge pricing helped as well. Most of the rides were actually fun, people were cool. Even got tipped a couple times, that I didn't count. You definitely have to be good with people :lol:
