Lol I have to have existed in the same time period as Pryor to think that Chappelle is funnier?
I personally think Dave Chapelle is a funnier stand up comic... but you have to be really dialed in to get all of the social commentary out of the jokes sometimes.
I understand that in his day Richard Pryor was just as funny and it is clear that he was making history with the commentary he was putting out in that time.. Without Pryor there is no Chapelle so you gotta give respect.
It's like Prior is Jordan and Chapelle is Lebron. In a pick up game of lulz lebron is probably gonna beat Jordan. But in the game hes not on the same level where people will accept the comparison.
