Pretty much how I believe most police shootings happen, and the other cop should be charged too

You know that's how it always goes. But the minorities in this country don't have a sincere media outlet to counteract what the media that's bias against them is putting out. The same way they use racism to spark views and ratings. THEY define what's racist towards us and so many of us are so eager to point out the racism, that we run w/ it.

I really hope they don't try and flip this to get this dude off. I don't give a damn about him serving in the coast guard, I care about this incident where he thought it was in his right to take the life of another person.
 
Nothing new here... white cop shoots a black male, claims he felt his precious white life was in jeopardy, then has the black pig come in to minimize racist suspicion.  cop didn't miss a beat, dropped the tazzer off and everything.  

and to think if this video never surfaced some folks would be on their knees for this "hero."

btw its mind boggling how lost behind the blue wall some black folks can get when you throw them a few extra pieces and a white hand pat on the back.

The media with the usual scare tactics, as rooted in racism. I said something similar in a post on here, but the media thrives off of this.

Also, I'm looking forward to hearing from the person filming.

The War on Terror comes to a halt somewhat, but mosty by shifting gears; that being, the so-called law enforcement versus the usual suspects as depicted by media outlets.

I've never seen or heard about so many instances of police brutality, and in many cases fatalities as I've encountered these past couple of years.

The other cop claims she/he didn't see anything.

If that is regular citizens then they get charged too :smh:

All cops are trained to stick together and don't rat each other out.

They're basically the mafia in NYC now because of how corrupt they are and there are many former "wiseguys" that get these pension jobs because they union people are/were connected to organize crime.

Im in awe at the officer telling him put his hands behind his back after dude is clearly dead. Theres absolutely no defense/way he should get off but I'm not sure about anything :smh:
 
Saying this now...

Cop is getting off of that murder charge.

He's not getting convicted of that charge in court because the case for it isn't going to hold up.

He might cop a plea or get a lesser charge, but he's not going to do life and he's not getting the death penalty.

The most he might get and this is maximum is 8-10 years max, but I think he's going to get at most 3 years if that maybe.
