Tow Truck companies are scam. They hold your only mode of transportation as hostage and demand you pay their ransom... everything from the tow fee, facility charge, penalty/ticket, taxes. Yah most tow companies are just doing their jobs! :rolleyes

I am not bothered by what she said and I certainly hope she doesn't get fired. Making a big deal out of an edited video.. why is it the video of the other person she was talking to isn't released? Too easy to brain wash the masses these days with social media.

People complain about tow truck companies just like people complain about DOT officers... It's never your fault why you got a ticket or your car towed.


She could have just took this L and moved on... Instead her true colors were shown.

All I am saying is I have been there and have had my fair share of arguments with employees at tow yards. The employees were unprofessional. They can care less what your reason was or whether it was legal for me to park where I was. All they tell you is, yes your car is here, and here's the cost to get it out. Period end of story.

What I want to see is the entire argument with the chick she was talking to. Would that change your opinion if the other chick spoke in the same derogatory manner to the reporter?

man you guys need to stop defending this chick. she's a little scumbag who belittled someone over her car being towed. At some point she needed to just take her L and move on. And the number of complaints associated with the company and the worker are insignificant, who doesn't complain when their car is towed? unlawfully or legally.

I was visiting a female at her apartment complex. She gave me a parking pass to park at visitors parking however I was still towed. Called the punk *** cops, and all they did was file a report. I did get my money back a few weeks later though right after I filed court papers.

Screw these towing companies and their predatory practices. Can't believe folks are actually defending them.

having a tow truck/towing company is basically a license to be a scumbag criminal.. i've never had my car towed (thank god) but i've had a lot of experience working with towing people in a lot of different scenarios (I do a lot of financing for tow trucks, and also have to hire tow truck operators to repo a lot of my equipment). 99.99% of them, even the ones i have to hire to work for me are shady. 99.98% of them are outright criminals in that they are actively breaking the law.

its not as cut and dry as "if your car got towed, you deserve it"
