I was fired because....

I'm surprised I didn't get fired from my first job at an amusement park. It was the only place a 15 year old could work in the summer.

Pur routine was a bunch of us showed up in the morning and they assigned us different areas of the park. They'd tell us the name of the manager we should ask for to get us set up for the day. Usually, it was to some retail spot at the park (not allowed to do rides till 16).

After about a week I realized they weren't notifying the stores we were gonna be there. Just expected us to tell the stores when we got there.

So, I started signing in, taking off my uniform and just riding rides all day. It gets pretty boring tho after a week or so of doing that solo. Eventually, got buddy buddy with one of the ticket checker guys so got my friends in free a few times and just hung with them.

Was pretty fun working games though. You just play the games mostly. Loved running the hoop game...got my jumper solid that summer.

I refused , however it ended up p-off my new supervisor who had been having an affair with him. She was in her mid 20s and just picked and teased me. This woman used to find me on my breaks to inquire about tests. Ended up getting written up, suspended for BS, and after vomiting on the floor before work , I sent in my badge through a coworker.

Never been fired

Going on 33 years of age and currently at 11 years in my current job

You gotta be a **** worker to straight up be fired...lol

I've been laid off though, seasonal xmas job at FAO Schwartz, didn't make the cut for a permanent year round gig....oh wellz

At my first job, when I wanted a day off I'd send an email to my boss and he'd never reply but I'd always get my days with no problem. So I'm going to see some family in Chicago and send an email with the normal amount of notice and think everything should be all good since I haven't heard otherwise. This guy calls me while I'm out there 20 minutes before one of my supposed shifts and asks are you coming in. I say no I'm 1000 miles away. So he says dead serious so you aren't coming in? :rofl:

I say no then he says ok well goodbye. I think it's all good but 10 minutes later I get an email telling me I'm fired. This guy couldn't tell a 17 year old over the phone he had been fired. He was a ****

My first job I sold shoes at Sears :lol:

Got fired because a friend came through with a bunch of items and I fake scanned damn near everything
Second job was at Safeway and I got fired because I had strep throat and couldn't afford to visit a doctor at the time so I would steal yogurt and cough drops to ease the pain. Manager asked me why I did it and when I told him its because he cut my hours from a solid 40 every week to 19 hours because he didn't want to give me medical benefits, he was a legit POS

Man ... I've been fired multiple times. Kind of long read...

Summer after my freshman year in college I got a job at Enterprise Rent a Car as a detailer/transporter. I got into three "accidents" where I damaged rental cars. First accident me and my boy were up until 4 smoking loud when I had to be at work at 6. Get to work and it's storming like ******* crazy couldn't see out the back window and reversed right into the building

. Boss told me it was no big deal. Mind you these parking lots are small as ****. Like two weeks later, I was reversing another car and didn't turn the wheel hard enough and back into a Charger. Boss made me go home early to "think about it". Rolled up more trees cuh. Third time I was reversing AGAIN and I hit something while I was backing up a Sebring. I get out and I reversed right onto a water well thing. Got back into the car drove forward and the bumper came off. I knew that was the last straw b. My boss again, made me go home early which just resulted into me smoking on more packquiao. Next day I worked a 12 hour shift with no lunch break

. Boss offers to take me home because my whip was in the shop. This ***** fires me in my driveway of my home b

. Damn at least he gave me a ride home I suppose.

After I graduated college, I started working at this freight brokerage firm. Pretty good money but I found out the president was screwing brokers out of commissions one day at work after hacking into my boss's VPN and accessed revenue, profit and payrool spreadsheets/charts. I was so pissed because I confronted my boss about my commission check being short and he would always give me the run around. The day I found out,got drunk as **** that night. Ended up getting some butt from some girls off backpage and was smoking and drinking with them (had a 3sum shoutout to prostitution

) until 6:30 AM when I had to work at 8 am. I get to work at 7 to try to beat everyone to the office and end up falling asleep in my car because the office door was locked

.Boss wakes me up banging on my car window... ***** not starting off well at all b. Then next thing I know I woke up in the breakroom at 10:45 am b

. I was sleep for two hours and they couldn''t wake me up. They ended up calling my girl and friends to come pick me up. Woke up and my boss basically told me he had to let me go. Told him "Goodd now I can go home and go to sleep and not be Jew'd out of money every ******* pay period" and just walked my drunk *** on out of there b.

Ya don't know what a seasonal job position is do ya?...lol

I wasn't fired, like 70% of the new hires during a peak holiday season at a major store I was simply let go, once the volume of work slowed down and the store no longer needed the staff, a very few people were kept, mostly sales reps, I was working down in gift wrap :lol:

I was fired because I was arrested while on the clock at work, which caused a lot of trife. I got into it with a male co-worker, in the middle of the sales floor. I'm talking about face to face. Hella people saw. This was all at Saks Fifth Avenue in NYC.

Got fired from 7-Eleven for not carding someone who clearly was over 50. Greyish beard and all that. Use best judgement.

Got fired from Gamestop for taking a credit card transaction that was high risk amount and was later found to be a stolen credit card.

Pretty sure you don't have to card people to keep your job. Unless that person was in fact under the legal limit, you have the right to sell them alcohol without carding them.

I remember being offered a job at Hollister back in '07, I was still in highschool, and already had a job. But I went to the group interview and nailed it. So never working retail I wasnt on game on how the whole business worked. Im assuming I work right away, but they were giving new ppl Mickey Mouse hours to begin.

I was supposed to call and get my schedule every week. One week I forgot. So one day this girl I was talking to finally came over and I was tryna get it in. So after a couple mins of 12Play, I go to grab a condom. Im in my drawer and I see an incoming call. I answered and it was my manager saying "you're working today", in a irradiated tone. Then said something along the lines as, come if I wanted my job. I was 10mins away and couldve made it, but chose to get laid instead. Idk if quit or got fired :lol:

It aas worth it tho.

My boy and I were like 16 and wanted some part time jobs to pass the time during the summer. A C-town opened up and the Korean owner makes me and my boy the janitors smh

We had no experience doing janitorial work and just goofed around sweeping here and there and stealing mad water bottles during the shift lol

Needless to say we were fired after 8 hours...I got my $80 and spent it right after on some clothes and food I regret nothing

One time i had a job at a publishing company. Got fired for having sex with the cleaning lady on my desk one night. Had i known that was frowned upon there i prolly wouldnt have done it. Oh well.
