Serious question, do Nurses not get background checked?

Anyone have knowledge of this? I just noticed that all the chicks I know that used to be strippers some doing extras and some not that decided to turn square all decided to enroll in some RN program or nursing program so I'm thinking there must be a reason, no background check?

They probably do. But stripping is a legal job, why wouldn't they be able to work in a hospital if they were qualified to do so?

so they wouldn't frown upon background as a stripper and also ads on the internet providing gfe services? I know the companies I've worked for would frown upon that once they pull it up on internet search

I doubt strip clubs keep strict documentation. And anyone selling butt online isn't gonna use their government name.

You make it sound like it's an absolute.

Plus some people are good at keeping their online identities separate or hidden from their work lives. If someone is dedicated enough to make it through nursing school and care about their work, props to them. They deal with a lot of crap and also clean a lot of crap.

You must not have known many personally, most of them engage in extra activities outside of just working the pole in the club. If street dudes I know have trouble getting jobs it should work the same for these chicks

Trust I do know what some strippers do on the side but if they got the training to become a nurse then why shouldn't they become a nurse?

This a pretty naive thread,

Nurses are licensed/registered by the state.

They go through livescan fingerprint when going through school and depending on employer you sign a release to get a background check.

But even if they were strippers and accepted "roses" for the deed, they are changing their life for the better.
