JB Restocking Daily - Who Got Lucky?

theres a real possiblity that nike will have to reschedule or postpone the breds release because the site will crash. nobody wants that.

Boy got lucky grabbed the brazil pack and 3m 13. Then he hit it with the 40% discount! Crazy.

obviously it doesnt reflect quantity on hand.. but it does act as a proxy to see how many FTLs are getting them..compare this GR release to some of the other generic shoe releases.. 

JB (and nike)  makes so many trash *** shoes, guarantee they have way more bred 11's in stock on RD than those other crappy JB shoes.. 

you think your local FTL got  multiple FSRs of these  ?

I know it comes down to preference but I REALLY don't understand why JB puts out so many kinds of these shoes...IMO if they reduced the amount of their "trash shoes", put a couple out that were better looking, it'd give them more prestige

I credit the Dub Zeros, Spizikes, Son of Mars as decent shoes, all the others, not really

Even those running shoes that resemble roshes are decent

Its pretty simple.. Economies of Scope (growth by variety) and Economies of Scale ( growth by volume) ....basically it costs them less and less to design and distribute more shoes ,because they already have the materials, designers and engineers to do so.. they make small tweaks and use parts of other designs, hence the spizikes and jordan running shoes or whatever they're called ..

I walked into Champs yesterday to sign up for the bred 11 raffle and I **** you not, 4 of the 6 displays had nike or JB shoes  (one had adidas and the other was mixed brands) 

The world is much bigger than I realized

Why is that surprising? Nike accounts for like 4 out of 5 sneaker purchases in the world, probably an even larger percentage in the U.S. Can't remember the last time I went to any kind of shoe/athletic store, and the vast majority of displays weren't JB or Nike.
 
Nike simply hedges their big time desings against the craptacular mix-the-cool-jordans by mass production. Will be keeping my eyes open for the next restock
