I got a chef under me that's jjst ruthless when it comes to certain customers. Ruthless, everybody scared of him since he snapped on the gm :lol:
 
Brah Starbucks customers are horrible too doe.

They customer in the video and going by the story seemed really annoying, but she didn't deserved all that. But if you gotta deal with annoying people all day, sooner that later you're gonna snap.

But being a barista is like being a cop kinda. You may start out as a nice person, but that job gonna turn you into a *** hole real quick
trust me brah I used to work at shake shack at citifield when I was like 18...I know all about annoying customers, always remained polite though no matter how obnoxious customers were. But one thing is for sure ill never work in food and beverage ever again....straight slave labor
 
manager was right. she was holding up the line, when someone tells u bye 6 times, it means bye. lol

shoulda sued apple for corny and tacky aaps. just swipe with plastic, or put down a five and move on.

In any case Starbucks employees and really annoying and pretentious for no reason, like calm down you're making coffee and no different than a dunkin donuts employee

Starbucks policies basically encourage people to be ********. I've seen customers claiming they purchased $30 worth of drinks/food that they never received (while showing no receipt as proof of purchase). I've seen customers rage because I wouldn't accept trash from their vehicle. Customers will insult your intelligence for repeating an order. At the end of the day, you're supposed to succumb to their demands so that they continue supporting the business. 
 
Word if you're working in food and beverage you'll always get herbed around by customers and will always lose. All they have to do is complain to corporate and youre gone, since youre so easily replaceable. I dont wish anyone work in that industry unless they like taking orders and being belittled by customers all day
 
These fast food type jobs always have the craziest *** confrontations and dumb customers, I'm good on that kind of job forever.

That's why I can't do corporate jobs period. I call the shots not the customer. I try and make everyone happy. Some people are crazy though and you can't. If you work for someone that lets customers disrespect you take your talents elsewhere.

What else do you expect after showing that level of unprofessionalism in a corporate owned franchise?

Apparently it is a straw made out of cookie used to consume colder beverages.
 
Oh poor baby, did she have an unsatisfactory customer service experience? Try being black in this country, where every store treats you like your stealing something when you're not and every store gives you sub par service.

I'm glad the manager got fired, but I feel no sympathy that this lady didn't get her 5$ caramel mocha.

Lol... I always pop into my local Starbucks at 945 to 950 on Fridays after my AA meeting

The workers be ready to get up out of there.... they have the place cleaned early

they look at me with my hipster haircut, beard, and attire

think I'm about to order some frapalapdance with double vasectomy, but I hit em with the

LARGE BLACK COFFEE with some ice cubes

Gotta go boiz, my meetings starting
