I think niketalk is copy righted so if you were to proceed, it'll be copyright infringement. Highly doubt MM will chase us down and sue, but since it's against nt code of conduct, we'd probably all get banned.

My project was a bit different. I talked with the regulars in the fitness thread and there was interest. I was going to talk to local screen print shops to get a group pricing. I didn't want to make profit from it. The cost would be whatever the shirt and shipping ran. For obvious reasons I ran the idea by Meth. He said I could use other monikers like NT Team Fitness but not the "Niketalk" brand itself. I didn't proceed with the project once I informed the thread of the result.

All the details are sketchy at the moment as this happened a couple years ago but this was the gist of it.
 
It will be ILLEGAL to wear a jersey that says "Niketalk" that hasn't been approved and signed off by method man. Copyright infringement. I would assume the fine would be around $15,000

Not to mention, the public having access to NT jerseys can be a problem. All it takes is one set of the wrong NTers to rock the jersey and cause some trouble, from robbery to assault, to even homicide, and NT will be all in the news as a deadly gang causing terror to the public.

Bad publicity. The jerseys are a nice idea and gesture, but realistically speaking, it can cause way too much trouble out there on the streets.

Not sure, but either way, if a cat in a NT jersey gets arrested for aggravated assault, attempted murder, possession of an illegal firearm, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, it doesn't matter if the jersey says Niketalk, Niketalk.com, NKETLK or NT, you going to jail, and NT will be on the news

Don't think that's gonna be made and delivered in two weeks. There's a link a couple pages back and you could send the pic and ask for them to make it now and see what they say on time.

conceited(battle rapper from NYC, Wildnout) has a bunch of jerseys like this on his IG lately too... must be a BK thing or he just really nut huggin fab like that but he had the BASEketball jersey not sure if posted havent read all pages

-Paid via paypal

-emailed them: I would like the jersey in a xl, green with the white trim. No Name on the back. Would you be able to provide a mock-up before you start production?

-they respond with: please send all pics and size/ specs here

-i respond with: Here are the pictures. i want a size xl-same as your tunesquad jerseys (since i have one). Let me know if you have any questions
-they respond with: got it

-three days later (today) i sent: Any updates?

-they respond with: people get a tracking # 7-12 days from payment date this is the order entry (says order was placed on 7/22)

:smh: they didn't send me a mock up of the jersey, didn't verify the color, etc.. so i guess i'll have to see when the jersey arrives.. smh
