that's all a matter of opinion. The outsole gets ashy and I'm cleanable, the textured leather on the side was terrible compared to the OG 12s or even the 09 Nubuck 12s, red was really dark and the leather was the shiny plastic they used to put out. But to each his own opinion. My opinion is negative based on what I've seen JB do with the 12s that was much better
 
Yeah, I gotta agree. 2009 white red XII's were trash. I remember copping from Eastbay after they went on sale for $120, and wore em every now and then. I still have them, but in 2011 I found a DS OG pair of white reds for 200 shipped. The leather on the OG was much better, but that's almost a given with any Jordan. Still love the colorway though. :smokin
 
Don't see how that tweet confirms it at all, he could easily be referring to the reverse pair, or just hyping up his expo like he's been doing for the past month...

All retros are trash when you compare them to OG's. But I don't think the 2009's were that bad, the one complaint I have would be the tongues were done wrong.

I hope it is but the Dark Grey? Is it talking about the carbon fiber? I know the Metallic Silver could be for the eyelets.
