Like I said in another thread, how can we finally, after nearly 22 years and 2 missed chances (2004 & 2010), get so close to a true OG II (Wht/Blk-Rd and NO piping) and they decide to do it in greyscale because of an old print ad? I'll never understand...

Lol, when I saw the pictures of the 2s I thought they were taken in black and white. Anyways, I think the quality on the 2s are pretty good and I would cop if the price was right.

I wish they were just a grayscaled colorway of the ogs.
I would like to have seen the heel accent (red) gray & a white tongue just like they appear on the poster.
I guess the inspiration was the entire poster, not just the shoes, so the tongue could represent the background.
Right now I think I'll pass.
