No private school vouchers, redo the way funds are distributed by the states (usually it is local property taxes), and higher pay for teachers.
I don't know about the universities though... Those places are big businesses.

I have zero faith in this country at this point with all this Donald Trump support. The last few years have shown how much I underestimated the number of racist, ignorant, and uneducated white people in this bull @#$@ country. Also, I'm incredibly disappointed that minorities like Rubio and Carson decided to be traitors and suck up to these rednecks instead. As an 18 year old in 2008, I was naive and thought Obama being elected was the first step towards minorities running @#@# in this countryinstead, ignorant white America and race traitors decided to triple their efforts into reclaiming their supremacy, aka "make America great again"
Are there any countries that have great economy, superb quality of life, steady population run by a minority? And aren't you white? SMH

You can like someone, then change your mind after their actions. What drew me to Trump was his immigration policy where he wanted to minimize the flowing of illegal migrants. I am up for LEGAL IMMIGRATION, but not ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, does this make sense to you?
2) What I said is true, many minority countries can be so corrupt, if you look at this https://www.transparency.org/cpi2014/results which you probably never seen before, you can clearly see that the U.S is one of the countries that are less corrupt, you can also see many European countries, Australia, and some other European populated nations, less corrupt. Remember, the more yellow/orange, the less corrupt, the more red, are corrupt. This is called the CORRUPTION PERCEPTIONS INDEX. Hope you can understand.
3) Kid is what I used in a slang term, for basically just someone, a friend or associate for anything. According to http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=kid which I know is probably a bad example, but it's just a slang term for "someone".
4) If you realized by now, if we hadn't have warred with the middle east (during the last Presidents tenure), which probably isn't even considered a war, then the middle east terrorist organization would rebuild. We were attacked via 9/11, how do you expect us not to retaliate? You want the world to think we're soft? An example was when we minimized troops in the middle east during this current President's tenure, then came more terrorist threats from ISIS/ISIL and they rebuilt, and recruited. Had we never "warred", they would have developed to a more dangerous organization.

I used to work for the DoD. When it came time at the end of the fiscal year, we were actually under budget. They went on a spending spree to try and get our overhead costs up so we met our predictions. They said if we came in under budget, the gov would cut our funding for the next year.
