I was pissed about Matt Barnes

It does make sense. Boston wants to trade in order to get the 3rd pick. If philly doesn't get him he goes to the Knicks, who wouldn't trade with Boston.

Maybe I'm looking at it from a perspective if I was Phil. Knicks have nobody, a monster package from Boston and a ton of cap room to use? You might not be contenders next year but you'd be in a much better position than you were yesterday.

Really? When I read y'all got Matt Barnes I thought that was a good addition to your team. Gives you a bit more depth than having to rely on old man Carter.

Barnes is cool, but I just didn't want that to be our main addition on the wing. We are old enough on the wings as is and I hope this means we are moving VC in separate deal (maybe in the one to possibly acquire Gallo). I also want to open up more playing time for Jordan Adams, so it would not surprise me if Jeff Green, Courtney Lee and Vince Carter are out.

I was really hoping Indiana would be willing to move CJ Miles for a NG contract. I'm honestly okay with moving Tony Allen as well if it can net us a higher pick or a 3D guy.

It may not necessarily be the collegiate program you attend as much as it is the professional org you play for. Guys like Elton brand Corey maggette and jj Reddick caught a raw deal by playing for the clippers and it's unjust to hold that against them
