people saying nah about Jared Goff, have you actually watched him play? or you just reading box scores?

I finally got to really watch him the past two weekends or so and there have been a few plays that have 100% convinced me he is the real deal. I can't find clips for ****, but there was a play yesterday in the first quarter (maybe early 2nd) where a pass rusher is running with a full head of steam straight at him and it looks like he's about to knock Goff way back into the Pacific ocean, but Goff just side steps, dips the ball below the rushers arms, gets back into the throwing position extremely quick, eyes down the field the entire time this is going on mind you, and places the ball accurately to his receiver. It's things like that that sell me.

He's going to be a stud. People will find out soon enough.

DeSean Jackson's L.A. home was the scene of a violent home invasion incident this week -- and at least one person inside got pistol-whipped ... TMZ Sports has learned.

It all went down Wednesday morning at Jackson's home in Tarzana, CA -- with law enforcement sources telling us 4 to 5 people stormed the home with guns.

We're told the Washington ******** star was NOT home at the time -- but there were roughly 6 people inside who FOUGHT the intruders.

Law enforcement sources tell us at least one person in the home was pistol-whipped and suffered minor injuries.

Eventually, the people inside the home fought off the intruders who fled from the scene.

Cops arrived a short time later and took a report.

We're told investigators believe the intruders had been in the home before. Sources connected to the incident tell us the intruders appeared to know exactly where the security cameras were placed.

Our law enforcement sources tell us cops have leads on some of the suspects -- and believe the incident was gang related.

As for Jackson, he has DENIED being part of a gang in the past -- but says some of his friends are in gangs.

We reached out to Jackson's agent for comment -- so far, no word back.

It worse when it's people you know :smh:

Desean's Cali luxury house sounding like the bando around the way :smh:

agree 100%

I am very impressed when I watch him, he's not one of those guys "with all the tools" but doesn't show it and teams hope it comes out of them when they hit the big stage

Alex Smith :smh:

Andy Reid :smh:

Thats no different than last year though

Even w/Charles and Maclin out, he's struggling to see targets. It boggles my mind that any owner or GM would still allow Reid to call plays.

651, you just described literally the one play maybe this entire season where Goff didn't get rattled and handled the rush properly. IDK how you can say he's gonna be a stud when he has so much to work on.

Gronk is currently tied with Witten at 59 receiving TDs.

Only Jerry Smith (60), Shannon Sharpe (62), Antonio Gates (101), and Tony Gonzalez (111) have more at the TE position.

:pimp:

actually no. gronk has 60. he had a TD vs the colts, remma?

Well, I managed to watch his last two games after I heard about all the hype. Granted that the Utah game was probably his worst of his career, but he threw a ton of picks and had some awful passes during that game. He has receivers this year that are incredible as well.

They just said on ESPN that the 49ers have had 3 games this season with 10 first downs or fewer. The rest of the league combined has only had 1 game.

I think Gronk's stats are just a little skewed because he has to stay in and block so much. His targets have been tumbling the last few games and Brady's just been destroying the short/quick passes.
