Hate to say it but I think he's going to miss significant time. The Cowboys ALWAYS downplay injuries and their significance.

Romo initially 'tweaked his back' and would be back at practice Wednesday; 24 hrs later he had surgery and was done for the year.

Dez 'sprained his finger' after the Bengals game in 2012; 3 days later would require surgery which would cause him to miss the season (he decided to play through it).

I don't trust anything the Cowboys trainers/doctors say in regards to injury.
 
They said Jerry came down because there's legit concern

Something with his neck, I hate the cowboys but never wanna see a dude hurt
