Finale was on of the weaker episodes of the season, regardless.. one of the best shows on TV in a very, very long time. Can't wait for Season 2.

i really wanna get into this show man but i watched a few episodes up until the one where he goes to the crack house and i had no idea what was going on or how to interpret it and between that and not having time i just stopped watching.
does it get better from there? do things become more clear?
ill eventually binge watch just need the motivation.

It's a show where you gotta have attention to detail to appreciate it.

White Rose apparently is the leader of the dark army, the Chinese hacker group.
Darlene was setting things up to get their help. Things fell through and then they backed off. They had their own plans that involved hacking Ollie and Angela and getting them to put some malware in to Allsafe's system so they could basically monitor Gideon's efforts to protect his company. It's still not clear what else they did with that.
Anyway White Rose somehow knows that Elliot is Mr. Robot or that he is apart of fsociety. He arranges to meet Elliot. Elliot tries to get their help cuz they need somebody to hack in China to erase all the debt. WR tell him about Gideon's honeypot mirror trap or w/e he set up to protect Allsafe which would've screwed Elliot over if he had went through with the plan.
Then we find out dude is apart of the global elite and clearly has his own motives to helping make Evil corp vulnerable and **** up the world's economy a bit.
So some questions are is he even really a trannie? Is it woman as WR, man as wealthy CEO? One thing is clear is it seems as of now Price and E corp don't know his hand in this. Unless there's a larger plot yet to be revealed.

Good break down in comparing to Fight Club that I already knew but probably was never gonna take the time to post myself. Nice use of the most current quotes from the finale as well.Firstly, this show is brilliant & I applaud USANetwork for giving Sam Esmail total creative control & not censoring the content.
The Fight Club references are downright identical.
I believe Tyrell is dead. He was killed by Mr. Robot aka Elliot's "Tyler Durden".
Elliot calls on Mr. Robot to do his dirty work. For example, when Mr. Robot threatened the weed plant guy when he wanted to quit Fsociety.
In FC, Tyler Durden is able to do several things while Narrator is "sleeping" and when the Narrator wakes up, he's clueless to w/e Tyler had done before.
Elliot wakes up in Tyrell's car having no recollection of the past 3 days. When he calls Mr. Robot and asks him what happened to Tyrell.
Mr. Robot says and I quote "You know exactly what happened to him." He then says “I'm just a prophet, you're supposed to be God."
A prophet is a person who speaks by divine inspiration or as the interpreter through whom
the will of a god is expressed. In other words, prophets follow God's word/instructions.
In the shop, Elliot types the pw while saying; I know the password because Mr. Robot knows the password.
The Narrator says something similar in FC "I know this because Tyler knows this."
I think Elliot saw the gun in the popcorn machine, and then summoned Mr. Robot to kill Tyrell.
I have no idea who was banging on the door but I know it wasn't Tyrell because in Ep 9, Tyrell gets into Elliot's apt w/o warning. Why would he be banging on the door now ?
Now I could be very wrong because anything is possible in this excellent show.

Evil Corp probably knew about the hacks and didn't care cause now e Corp stock is down and the rich can consolidate the company . I feel like Tyrell possibly figured it out and took out all his money and huge loans . And us gonna mess around and buy e Corp or something.

My favorite part of the finale was how much growth his psychiatrist showed. She went from a sad woman who could be lied to easily, to a strong one, who saw through the ******** dude was spewing. Looking forward to seeing her in season 2. Great show.

It was funny how the dude who dated her was blaming elliot for ruining his life. Nah, dude you ruined your own life. Even told her he loved her before she left, he probably said that to the 6 other women he cheated on his wife with.
