Sorry if this is the wrong place to post, I've never really posted here before. I have some foamposites I got that need a reglue because they had bad separation that couldn't just be fixed with a little super glue. The owner before me though I think tried a reglue but got some glue on the toe. With that being bad with the glue, I also need to remove all the glue that was put there by him in the soles. It's like a crusty, hard feeling and it just won't work to get a clean reglue since the sole can't fully touch the foamposite in some places. I have Goo Gone but looking into it I'm not sure how it will react with the foamposite material and I've heard it eats away at rubber. I've also heard of nail polish remover, but also that it might fade the color. I'm working on the pearl foamposites so I'm not sure on whether the color will really fade at all. What's the safest method? Thanks
