The conduct from both was unacceptable ....
However, she was the instigator and the first one to result into physical violence ... If anything, she is the one that should have charges brought up.
I can understand the logic, he is an athlete, but he wouldnt be put in that situation if she would of have acted right.

I'm sorry but this brother was an idiot.
I put more blame on him than the chick, he continuously escalated the situation. And she throw a punch first but it doesn't even seem like she threw it with any effort.
Where as ole boy cocked back and unloaded on her.
I feel bad for the brother that this life is getting thrown of the rails like this
But he deserves to get arrested, charged, kicked off the team and outta school. Maybe the girl should catch a minor assault charge too. But again, he punch was nothing so, meh.
Hopefully he can go play Juco and transfer another program one day.
But nah. I'm not gonna do any mental gymnastics to defend this brother

It's not about if the consequence is equal due to him possibly making it to the nfl. But he will have a mark on his record, and so should she.
Come on bruh, students get kicked out of school for being involved in incidents away from campus all the time. You can be kicked out for something you said on twitter. It's not uncommon.
