Would you rather have limp hair or limp dink?

i want to make jokes but it happened to me as well...

just progressively cut it lower and lower...thats really the best you can do or if you have the money, check out micro pigmentation (tattooed dots on head to fill in thinned/bald spots) or check out follicle transplants (no guarantee though)

I'd suggest using only very cold water on your hair and scalp. No shampoo/conditioner. I use natural soap like maybe 1-2x a week on my hair (after hooping usually). This allows the natural oils in your hair to do their work.

I'd also take a look at your diet and exercise routine. Too much testerone in too short of a time also may have something to do with it. Possibly just anecdotal evidence.

I've reversed my hair thinning doing the above and others have to (according to google).

25 to 26 I started thinning.
27 to 29 has seen a noticeable reversal.

Take it how u will.

Genetics may always win, but no need to give it a running start by treating your hair and scalp poorly.

A lot of my homies hitting this point now, I've got a fantastic head of hair tho so I'm not worried plus nobody in my family has gone bald and I got uncles in their 60s etc

If my joint ever started slipping tho I'm getting the baldy early nothing worst than a dude holding on to their hairline for dear life

Monistat 7. Real talk. DHT is what is killing your hair follicles and Monistat 7 (or the off brand equivalent but it has to be of the Monistat 7 chemical, name escapes me right now) treats DHT as if it's a fungus and kills it. Now, you don't put the bread infection cream right on your dome out of the tube or I didn't, I bought one of those travel bottles with the applicator tip and mixed the entire tube of Monistat 7 Wal Mart brand, an egg, some Shea Moisture Biotin spray liquid, some Do Gro conditioner, and jamaican black castor oil. It bought my vertex back in no time, real talk. Twice a day, usually in the morning and when I got back from work.

Also, take a Biotin pill aka hair, skin, and nails pill

I stopped doing it and am thinning again unfortunately, plus I been lifting and taking mad supplements so I know the DHT is back going crazy.

Also, you could just embrace it. I'm 30 now, it's kind of a distinguished look. I'm not O.D thinning everywhere, just a bit up front but the line stays crisp.

And for those asking about the spray paint, that's called Black Ice. You can get it off Amazon for about $16, typically just supposed to fill in thin spots and is pretty undetectable except when super close up, but these dudes making entire lines out of it are playing it wrong.

Also look up Cabolki. **** is magic. IDK what it is, if it's actual hair, or cotton, or some type of fiber, but it works. I have a full bottle. Just never bought myself to be able to use it, I got a bottle of Black Ice too pretty much DS. I am just coming to grips with it, probably stop fighting it and be fully blady once all these Biotin pills I have run out.

My homeboy went bald when he was 19. Not a receiding hairline. ***** went bald on the fromt and back of his head. Used to clown him so hard and now i think my hairline is creepin back smh

Im thinning in my corners a bit... jamaican castor oil helped me a bit but it seems like i have to keep using it to keep the results. Not too bad , it shows moreso when i cut my hair below a 2... 2 and above and its barely noticable...
