I feel like the fitteds are what did me in honestly. I used to have the 360 waves just spinning in my head. Hair was so thick and wavy and I was tryna be a fly guy rocking fitteds and snapbacks in the summer time. Got out the DuRag and soft brush phase for a couple years and now here I am

Hats don't cause baldness.

That's just a herbal legend.
 
From a biological perspective you're most likely balding/thinning on your scalp because you're body needs to produce more iron or hemoglobin. Just be lucky that you aren't sickly OP lol. I would just embrace it, my grandfather on my moms side is bad so 9 times outta 10 I will become bald when I'm older. Just grow a thick beard and rock a very low cut. Or just bald it with and rock the beard. 
 
My hair line isn't receding. But I have had thin hair for a hot one now. No hair falling out, just thin. I just don't know what to do with it. If it was receding I'd be happier just shaving it all off. But no bald spot and hair line there just has me all messed up on what to do. lol.

Too much testosterone running through the body b. That testosterone attaches to the hair follicle and kills it. Bald men usually have more testosterone in their scalp tissue that men with hair.

I thought my hairline was bad until I saw my homie, who always rocks a baldie grow his hair out. His **** was wayyyyy worse than mine and I instanlty felt better. My other homie who rocks a baldie has a way worse hairline than me so I think im good and I think im just overly self-conscious because my hairline went back a lil since high school lol.

Bruh, I have a hairline better than 80% of men and I rock it bald.

I am not bragging I'm just saying that people are in denial and it is more obvious now than ever.

And sometimes they even comment on my shaved head

Like "if I ever go bald etc"

And I'm like.............................................................................................................
 
My hair is thinning at the top, specifically the crown of my head. Definintely surprised by it and have considered using Rogaine...But I heard you have to keep using rogaine and that it doesn't work all the time.

I used to have really thick hair too. Oh well, that how life is.

But if there is a solution, please share.
