**Official Dr. Dre Compton: A Soundtrack by Dr. Dre Thread **Album Out Now**

Albums don't release on saturdays and the recent drop date for albums has been changed to friday so it makes sense that it's being released on the 7th. Not to mention that the 7th is a week from the movie release.

yeah Ross wrote numerous verses for Dre

and almost every song he is on with Em n Kendrick was written by them too

but like TiDE said Em knows how to write for Dre and sound like Dre same with the DOC Cube and JayZ

all the songs they pen for Dre sound like Dre

but the songs Kendrick Ross T.I. Wayne and so on write dont sound like Dre

Definitely. That 3 Kings verse sounded like Ross wrote it for himself and just passed it to Dre. Same thing on Ross' New Bugatti song with Diddy.

If this is Dre's last album then I'm disappointed already. Not because the tracklist doesn't look good or anything but because this isn't a "BIG BANG" that you'd expect from a last album. Guess I just gotta wait till friday and see.
 
Yea TI's reference verse was hard and I don't think anyone would have guessed that he wrote it if Dre used. Nas went in.

Dre should release a bunch of reference tracks from the Detox era as a mixtape.

I thought it was a TI record when I first heard it then I listened and was like na he wrote this for Dre and the beat fit perfectly.
 
That "Suede" track is dope, Ill be checking for Paak...still no word if theyll be a hard copy of the album?

Doesn't look like it. Dre knows you can't tell the difference anyways with this those trash Beats by Dre :D
