Here's a thankless job that DESERVES every dollar of your tip....

I used to but the guys at my normal place have started to get too lax. Not cleaning out the cup holder or skimping on the armor all

U tipped them cause it's hot and they washed ur car????
If they're so hot why not just spray water on themselves
That will def cool them down
Besides all that fresh air they have working outside
Seems like they winning to me
Don't understand why they needed a tip
Didn't go over and beyond in my opinion
Just doing what's expected

At what temperature is it ok not to tip them? A brisk 82 and its all good? At what temp does the tipping begin?

I am also curious :nerd:

Worked at a car wash here in South Florida for a little over two years.. I know some people look down on it but the money is right depending on the location. I'd make a few hundred dollars in tips just on the weekends not including hourly or commission. I ended up leaving cause of new management but if you're young like college age and willing to work it's not a bad job to have.. Flexible schedule and pretty good pay but working outside in the hot sun does get old

This. I worked at a car wash over winter break during my junior year of college (10 yrs ago). I got off at 5-6 every day, had $60 or so cash in my pocket, and a paycheck every week.

How can you dudes love with yourselves?

Yall can't spare and extra three bucks for the dude drying your car?

Ive tipped at the car wash before but cuz i felt bad. Old immigrant dude movin slower then a screw tape, skin dark from the sun and he looked tired as hell and it was mid afternoon. I was seein a lot of ppl just jump in the whip and burn off.

He had my windows and tires lookin right tho and when he gave me the keys he walked away as if he knew he wasnt gona get tipped.

Do they get paid minimum wage? They cant be workin for tips like waiters can they?

You could feel a village in a 3rd world country for 3 bucks. I can spare that.

Tipping dudes for a job they already getting paid for? Nah. I'll live with myself quite fine. The way it looks to me is yall got ya priorities ****** up and put value in the wrong things when it comes to stuff like this.

He played with your emotions.

Hate how tipping should be expected from people. I have a *****, low-paying job yet I don't get, or ask, for tips. Why is it ok for one job and not the other?

I feel people in the United States have the means necessary to do better for themselves. They don't deserve no damn tips.

Just get a junkie or an unc to shine your whip up ...have it lookin brand new all for a cool $5 or $10 bill , no need for a tip :pimp:
