First of all i hardly ever see any homless chicks, prolly cuz they livin off another ****** bread

In houston theres homeless dudes EVERYWHERE and i mean everywhere.

Some are just crazy, some are lazy, some are ahkaholiks, some are dope feinds but who are we to sort out someone wit an sickness?

In my hood its all of the above. You got the wine-o posted up outside the corner store askin for you to short him down on your newport, or askin for some change for some taco cuz hes not gona get a beer. He wants food he doesnt want a beer and hes admant about tellin you that.

Then you got the looney toon dude that smoked some too much of some bad sherm back in the gap and he domt know wtf is goin on at any given time.

Then the heroin addicts are the worse. Walkin uo to you like a dam zombie utterin some **** that sounds like a cracked up baby talkin.

I never see any homeless person holdin a sign sayin they want work or will work for food. Never. Ive seen signs were dudes are skraight hp sayin "why lie i just want a beer" or weed andstuff like that.

But then theres the dudes that just got screwed in life in carious ways and are on last leg.

Question is do you help these ppl out? You ignore then and act as if they dont exsit?

You show love?

You buy 2 brews and sip one wit em and listen to theyre story?

I used to buy this one dude food or a beer cuz he would always say wassup but he never asked 4 anything and hes kinda slow too.

thats pretty much it tho.

try living in Hawaii.  Homelessness infesting this place like no other.  F them.
Co-worker of mine came back from Hawaii a few days ago basically glad she left because of this...

Is it long time residents of hawaii that are being priced out of living?  Drugs running rampant and ruining lives?

What's going on out there?

Here we go wit this negativity chick again no matter what the topic is, you must hate yourself and humans.

What have you done for a homeless person or what homeless person made you say hell no i am not helpin them

I lived in Houston last year and noticed the exact same thing. It was sad. I've seen entire families sitting on the grass as you pull into Walmart. Saw a young dude holding up a sign, like 17 y/o.

THEE CREEPIEST MESS I'VE EVER SEEN was a dude with no arms and a bucket strapped over his shoulder walk up to cars that are at a light, basically lean over the windshield, and do this little shimmy dance until they gave him something. Mess was disturbing.

I used to give them a buck or some change if I had it, nowadays it's a case by case basis and I go off my instinct.

I'll never forget 1 Saturday morning I woke up at this chick's house mad early because I had to go to work. I had an a*hole manager at the time. I was at a light and saw this young cat on the side of the road with THEE most elaborate sign I've ever seen. It was basically a work out art, and pretty impressive if he did it, he was clearly talented. It was like a colored drawing of several Simpsons characters and there was some sort of flap in the middle that either displayed his face behind it or a message, I can't remember. All I remember thinking was "if I can get my @#& up from underneath some yambs and go to work with a prick boss, I'm not giving a damn dime to someone just standing here." that's not my thought process every time, but I didn't shell out a penny that day.

There's got to be a way that this country could handle this situation better.

Really not sure where you got the idea that I would/have said hell no to helping a homeless person but if that is what you read, OK.

I remember walking with my dad in San Diego and a homeless guy asked him for money. My dad said "no thanks" and we kept walking. Dude started following us asking why we were thanking him.

honestly, i only give money to homeless when they aren't able body, old or seem like they really need it...

if you look like you can work, why you not working?

and its hella work here in houston.. if you tryna work, you can work..

Pretty much my sentiments. I'll either give some change, a couple bucks, or some food I have left. I've seen real homeless people so I can definitely tell the difference between somebody truly struggling and someone who is just using being homeless as a gig.

Not me, one time I was pissed because every single time I went to this Bank of America by my house I had to wait a minimum of 45 minutes. 20 people in line with two tellers on the line. :smh: This gets me so freaking angry. I couldn't help but tell the manager how much of a joke his branch is and how he should be ashamed of his managing skills. So as heated as I was, the next morning I went to go look for John West, a bum who is usually at the 76 or Shell on Story and King. I always hooked him up with a few dollars here and there cause he was cool. So I found him and told him I'd give him $20 to go and sit in front of the door at the BoA. I went to check up on him an hour later and saw him getting escorted into the back of a patrol car. Like 3 months passed by before I saw him on the other side of town. I was running late so I never had a chance to pay him :smh: Sorry John West.

 what?

Yeah he just had stubs so he would just be standin by a stop sign outside the walmart. No walkin or nothin. And when it was real hot he would just have shorts and these metal rods that stuck out his legs onto some shoes.

He would do the same dam sign language no matter what so i think he was lyin. He wouldnt even hide the fact that someone would pick him up and drop him off. Dude was wasted all day.
