she probably would get most of yall off your feet with a hip toss though. average NTers are like 5'8 165. she's 5'7 135 typically


she's small though, for us over 6' and 200lbs, that picking us up **** isn't gonna be part of the strategy. it'd look like hogan vs andre the giant.

tbh even if you're 6' + and you don't have any training, shes still putting you on the ground famb, regardless how much stronger you think you are than her.

trained > untrained

ahh my bad, you right the hip toss is one of her go - to's. Honestly though lets say a random NT'er grabs her, remember grabbing her ain't hurting her, once she feels you're bout to throw something or go for something, shes taking you down might include the hip toss too.

most people panic once you're grabbed or in a head lock but if you're not losing air or getting pounded, just stay there for a sec and make a move once you feel their body shifting. kinda hard to explain you gotta actually do it
 
conditioning wouldn't be my problem. I only wrestled in hs. boxed for 11 yrs though, so if I can stay upright, I think I'd be fine, hand to hand action is filthy. I have no floor game though. no arsenal of counters for her grapples or any of that. stamina wise, I'd be fine. secretariet heart blood.

your wrestling alone will give any fighter problems though. used to hate grappling with wrestlers :lol:

I still hoop weekly, 3-4 times of 4 hrs each, I jump rope, run sprints and the stairs. I spar. do I do 4 miles of road work a night like mayweather, no but I've played sports my whole life, I certainly wouldn't be gassed. Like, that's the last thing I'd be thinking about.
