I'm not hating on the pick, I just know if Jamison never played in DC it wouldn't have been made
It'll probably just be one of those picks where you could have either had him later on in the draft or had a similar guy later on. Most teams will have something like that, that's what I've been thinking about when I saw Melo was still on the board. I could have gone with Mutombo or Ben Wallace or any number of guys over Paul Pierce and then grabbed Melo, that kind of thing.

I'm not hating on the pick, I just know if Jamison never played in DC it wouldn't have been made

I wanted Love too.
It was between him and Amare. Love's numbers his last year in Minny were absurd.

If folks are gonna get on me for having Jamison and "empty" stats, then what exactly is Love?
*Just playing devil's advocate...and I do think Love > Jamison by a mile....but he's another player I didn't even think about.
