The NBA Draft Thread

Sixers interested in Fox & DSJr at #3 :nerd:

Sounds like smoke imo

yeah...that shot chart scares me to draft Fox for the Sixers. Bad bad fit.

If they do believe in Smith Jr, they should still draft Jackson and trade down to PHX for #4 and a future pick.

I want the Sixers to get DSJ, Monk, or Isaac. So yea, Im hoping they trade down.

I don't believe in Jacksons jumper AT ALL. I dont want a poor mans Iggy with the 3rd pick in a supposedly loaded draft.

I would hate for DSJ to go anywhere where he won't have the keys. I wanna see him run a million pnr's a game.

If Colangelo takes Fox, you won't ever have to take Philly seriously until he's fired.

We talk about Jackson's jumper, Fox is substantially worse. Worst fit out of anyone on the board.

I'll take Jackson to Phoenix any day over these guards. Hoping he drops to us.

Just saw that he's taking anger management classes? Will that be a problem?

Hoping we don't trade Bledsoe either.

I would be happy if Jackson slid to the Magic, the squad don't got anybody else at he 3 might as well go for his upside

N I called Smith maybe rising to Philly like a week ago :pimp: , the fit/upside/skill set goes with that the sixers need

although I do agree with you that going for best fit might be the better route, I don think this draft is "loaded" it just had a lot of solid rotational players and at best #2 options other than Fultz.

Smith will be a much better fit than Fox no doubt (this coming from a Sixer and a Fox fan). But no way Jackson is slipping past PHX, that just won't happen.

Magic will probably look at Tatum or Smith Jr as realistic options.

I think us "interested in Fox and Smith" is more likely to get the Magic or Kings to trade us their pick and another asset for #3 so we can move back and take Monk...although I wouldn't be completely against Smith with our pick

Heat at 14?
I'd hope, would have to send either or both of Tyler Johnson and Josh Richardson packing tho

Steal of the draft's either Leaf or Jonah Bolden if they get selected where they're projected imo

Ball/Alford's system really didn't do him(Leaf) any favors in showing his offensive impact and if Bolden's a real 7'4 Wingspan or around there he's gonna come up quick. Should've went to combine

I've seen some wide ranging mocks when it comes to leaf, Justin Jackson, bam and OG

Anywhere else from lottery to edge of first or even second round for all these guys

Seems like there's an abundance of "this guy will be the steal of the draft" which makes the class fun
