its not sitting, its squatting, and lots of people cant hold it, like in the pic...

for those that cant like myself, their weight shifts onto their toes and heels comes off the ground from muscle tightness...

i have the flexibility of a 80 year old man but i can do this and it does feel good

i think its just something everyone picks up when growing up in asia
