Who else is not on social media?

People who don't use social media are more annoying than the ones who do.. They think they're better than everyone for whatever reason.
The only people that annoy me more are the, "I am too busy/cool/mature/educated to watch Awards shows" type of folks

why is it annoying that you have grown out of watching the  vma awards?

If you're out of high school and still get excited by nudes then idk...you can basically visualize a sloot naked

yeah-ok.gif

it's like instagram DMs except it goes away.

No instagram ever

no twitter

Back to FB recently after 2 year hiatus.I think it got worse, there's a bunch of advertisements now and click baits. I'm way more productive without it, but I also enter hermit mode

All people do on FB is post click bait, and stupid asterisk memes. I just use Twitter and IG, but don't post much. Been Facebook-less for about 4 months.

no Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram

i only post on 2 message boards and I have a LinkedIn account. That's all

those social media sites were never for me

I hate to be THAT guy, but Facebook was much better when you needed a college email to register, I literally was in college when it was taking off, and it was that site, sneaking peaks at all the incoming freshman. Using the message to pretend you saw the light skinned shorty from the dorm in economics earlier.

Facebook is literally the worst form of social media. It dumbs down peoples lives and causes people to ignore the little things that imo are much more pertinent to the human experience. Sure your friend died, but while you grieve, you are on Facebook seeing how many likes your comment got on the deceased fb page. My last straw to getting rid of mine a few years ago was when I looked at my friends and I had like 2000. And that aint a humble brag either, I knew (meaning I had met in person) Maybe 400 of them. If we are being honest, I did try to start a new one a few months back, but I didn't even know how to do it. It's changed that much. Oh well.

As stated earlier, I do feel that people's natural habits are reflected online. For instance, I really didn't realize how much I enjoyed shopping until I would check my history and it was 80% shopping sites. I do feel there is a distinct advantage to both instagram and twitter however.

I use twitter to follow people I respect, and who tweet interesting, provocative insight on subjects I care about. On a much more shallow level,I couldn't have copped the yeezy's without them.

Instagram is essentially a stalking tool, but I approve. I could care less what Taz's angels are tweeting about, but lord knows I want to see their empty fridge and glorified underwear they wearing to the club feel me?

If this is a reference to the VMA's, i don't think I've watched or given a damn about them in at least 10 years if not more.

It has nothing to do with being too cool. But truthfully award shows in general are pretty lame at this point. It's nothing but a popularity contest. It baffles me every year how many grown folks I see talking about the VMA's.... If you enjoy them though, to each their own.

Got into tha habit of not using FB since my job blocked it. Haven't been on in months. Those I care about I text

Only reason I haven't deleted FB is to creep on exes and all the sluty girls that got married to suckas who don't know their past

Oh I don't watch them either but whenever people go INTO a VMA Thread just to say, "Oh I don't watch that garbage" I just laugh

People feeling the need to verbally or typograpically expressing it at EVERY opportunity is the annoying part

Like crossfitters, athiests, and vegans.

Anyway, NT, FB and twitter for me. Used to have kik until I figured out kik is used to talk to chicks who can't keep their cricket wireless and metro pcs cell phones on. Rarely actually post on FB anymore, mostly just keep up with a lot of fam and long time friends I'm still cool with twitter can turn the worst things on TV into comedy gold (see: any award show and TV series)

The last couple weeks, "today is my kids first day of school" posts were unbearable. I don't give a ****. And I only have like 70 friends and don't be on there much at all

Definitely agree with that. I was a freshman in college (05), and somebody asked me if I was on FB and I was like "what's that?". I enjoyed the hell out of FB from 05-10, basically all my track and cross country years. Started going down quality wise as soon as they started letting anybody sign up.
