Hey guys, great job on my last fake check request. I ended up buying those Nike Air Max 97's and they are some beauties thats for sure. Now I'm looking to finally get a DS pair of the Retro '88 3's and obviously, their not gonna come cheap. So I especially wanna make sure I don't get got, as most all of us would. Here's all the pics the seller posted, and all the signs I've seen so far point to yes on authenticity, but then again a second opinion is always appreciated. And I've been wrong before. Anyway, here they are. Thanks in advance, I REALLY appreciate your guys help!

Bump. Damn, nobody online right now has any experience with the '88s? I think I'm jus gonna go ahead and cop but I'd really rather have at least one opinion first....thanks in advance!

As someone who has had 2 pairs of these, and from the pics you've posted I am going to lean toward legit.  Clean cuts of leather.  No noticeable widows peak.  EP looks okay.  (squared shot of the back of both shoes would help)  Not very sloppy under the eyelets.  Perforations look okay.

A good shot of the tops of the tongues would help.  With those you are looking for nice well rounded even cuts, and some of the red fabric showing around the edges

To make a long story short, from the pics you've posted i'd say legit

Thank you SO much bro. It really puts my mind more @ ease. The receipt definitely helped homies case, and the price wasn't TOO low ($300) that it felt "too good to be true". I'm actually surprised, I thought these went for more online but I think the price has gone down in the past couple months. I swear I used to see $5-900 for DS and now the average is $300-500. I guess the market IS always fluctuating but that's a pretty steep drop. Better for true collectors like us, I guess! Have a good one.
