PSNY x Air Jordan 12

^^^ good looking out on that because i was well below 750.

Signature or not i did my part to the full extent packaged the shoes and ahipped them out the next following day. My feedback score is 100% and my account is performing above standards. Let them look at my history of selling the past year it has been A1 no complaints.

I would still recommend a sig confirmation on higher priced items so that this doesn't happen. You can just say the buyer signed for the goods, how can it not be delivered?

^^^ yup from now on this is what im doing requiring a signature on any future items i sold. The tracking i check that i gave him clearly states the item has been delivered. Im sure my part is done once it was confirmed thru USPS.

and if he tries to claim box was empty, the receipt should show the weight of ur package when sent out. have had to deal with more than a few attempted scams and they always lose cuz im very careful. pics, insurance, sig confirmation, receipt, etc never can be too safe

OK which one of you grimy MF in here did this to me? I want to get someones opinion in here. I sold my pair of PSNY on Ebay last week and now the guy is claiming that "he  never recieved the shoes". I have my receipts that they were sent out and even gave the tracking # as well showing that the item was left at the addressed and delivered. Now this guy has pulled a chargeback on me.
Better call eBay customer service asap and let them know and call PayPal also if he intially paid through that good luck

Well guys i just got off the phone with Paypal and after they opened up and reviewed the case he asked me for the tracking number which did confirmed it was delivered to him. Once he saw the tracking number and it showed that the item was delivered to the address it was a done deal for me. He went ahead and went in my favor since it did showed that it was delivered. Took a W guys!

Glad it all worked out for you but there's no exact proof to say that the buyer did receive it since I'm assuming the delivery guy dropped it off without signature?

The fact that the buyer immediately opened a claim first, not try to communicate with the seller indicates scam everywhere.

Video and pics won't help cause PayPal doesn't take them as proof because they can be edited.

Next time, just pay for signature. I send all packages, even low price, with signature cause of PayPal and eBay loopholes

^^^ yup that would of been my first thought too was to contact the seller First if anything. To be honest the main thing that made it into my favor was the tracking number. That was all they really needed from me. That right there proves it was sent and delivered point blank. That was the easiest case for them.

Sig is a must unless it's some beaters your sending which j doubt.

Make sure you have signature confirmation. Had a dude try to scam me out some "cigar 6's"

I had sig conformation and that pretty much went know where when he said he signed for it but the box was messed up and empty.

Ok......... Pp gave me my money quick.

Actually I hate eBay they hold you money and make you wait. I just use it to advertise my items and usually get a pp offer.

so i got a pair of these around christmas, and didn't get around to wearing them til a few weeks ago.

never had a pair of Jordan 12s before, so figured these were a pretty good catch.

boy was i wrong. the ankle padding damn near rubbed a layer of skin off my right ankle.  so i gotta wear 3/4 or like tall socks if i ever expect to rock these.  same thing happened with my gamma 11s.

little annoyed about how hard the pleather is on the ankle lining considering how much i dropped on these.
