Bruh...Tyga....Hair Gains....Vol. Jamie Would Be Proud

I have no hairline currently. I shaved my head and I'm good on growing it again.

On the real though, that fetty wap ideal if you're growing dreads and in the public eye . It's like that in between dusty ***** phase doesn't exist.

And what some dudes don't realize is for black men , our hair is not just our identity, it's our culture. That weekly barbershop visit and fresh cut swagger is a staple, so naturally there's some adjustments when it starts to thin. Dudes acting like you go from a to z in a snap. Naw, most bald dudes fought that good fight for a minute before giving in. If you're not there yet, you wouldn't understand. I got that Ghost hairline right now so it ain't bad yet, but I buzzed it for the summer and got all types of compliments about looking younger. It's just for some, there's some more acceptance before getting to that point. Mike was rockin the George for the longest but no one references that period. Let that ***** heal on his own time, gotta be rough being mid 20s with that.

My boy just hit me up talking about how depressed he is that he's in his mid 20s and is balding. Dude is handsome and gets mass amounts of yambs and is about to start working on the force in a couple months. None of that matters tho his hairline receding trumps all that **** real man :smh:

My corners starting to get pushed back more than Detox. I'm good.

Last barber I went to literally obliterated my right corner. Before that I went to this Latino dude who kept pushing my ***** back. Like how hard is it to follow the line on the corners? :x

Bruh if u don't find a barber and stick with him. Can't be getting cut by anybody all willy nilly a lot of cats will mess your **** up

Currently rockin the low Kobe/Drake. I'm transitioning into baldness smoothly. I saw my top start thinning out and I knew it was time. It sucks cause back in the day I was wave/du rag/ soft brush shawty. Had all the ******* rubbing through my waves.

...but now I have a beard. Lowcut/baldhead + beard is the deadliest combo out right now. Beards are the new Abs. If your hair is leaving you, let it go. Embrace your manliness!

Ive been balding since i was in high school. My hairline is straight but there is a very thin area at the top of my head. I cut my hair bald when i got to college and stayed that way but i recently decided to grow my hair back out. Ive been getting more compliments and people say i look better with hair but the thin spot really gets to me sometimes. Im tall so nobody really sees it unless i sit down and they are standing right over me. I see myself cutting my hair off again or atleast cutting it shorter than it is now soon.

I'm really trying  My barber that went MIA just resurfaced. Dude told me to wait a week until my **** grows back. I've been ****** up way too many times. Just hard when the one consistent barber just up and disappears.

^^ that thinning up top is no bueno. I have it too and I swear it happened over night. I've been having my barber blend my top in with the sides and take it lower and lower every cut to ease into the baldy but then I had an incident last week with a new barber who gave me the Carl Winslow hairline :smh: :smh: :smh: :smh: going back to my original barber tomorrow. Tryna prepare myself for the ether he's going to serve me for hopping in another barbers chair. They always know

My hair is thin in some areas but that's because I have dermatitis...this ish has been killing my scalp. Since like 09...u can only see the thinning when I cut it low so I only get lineups and cut my hair once every 3 weeks

Man I vividly remember when it happened to me. Like 3 years ago I had long *** hair a little past my shoulders. I remember it felt kind of thin at the top. Grabbed a mirror. Sure enough... Immediately buzzed it all with a #1 and still do.

Beard has been strong though so I'm good.

My hairline always been sort of 10 head-ish since about senior year, but bangs help make it look like it's lower than it really is.

Dude who posted that "beards is the new abs" is pretty spot-on.

I just want the Ross beard x 360 wave combo I'm about a month n a half into my beard journey I think it's time to start taking some supplements I look like the uncle Denzel meme right now lol...I have a goatee and wide sideburns that connect with my goatee but not my mustache smh...hopefully that hair will grow in by November at the latest if not oh well I decided not to shave anymore till my beard reaches it's full potential

That part about how nice your hair was had me dying cause it reminds me of me during 10th grade I started getting that low fade crisp line up was killing it then by 19/20 started noticing every time I got the line up it seemed to be going back further in and one day I get to the barber to sexy myself up he's done and I look in the mirror and see a scar in my head that my hair used to cover dam near shed a tear enjoyed that cut next time around told him to hit me with the 1 all around dude just looked at me and said its time huh  this fool noticied and didn't say a word

You keep track of your receding hair with scars too huh? I don't give a damb now but I used to that too.

That bald/beard combo does look clean on certain people.

I can grow a beard but it's just not very 'tall'. I have very straight hair so it doesn't get bushy either.

I fought the good fight for a minute with Jamaican castor oil, etc. but I had a struggle section in the front middle and felt I was doing too much to mask it. It wasn't like I wasn't pulling it off, but I felt like I was lying to myself and that's never a good feeling. In that two year span I had a fro, curls and waves. Now I'm on that Kobe/Drake my damn self.

Females were feeling the hair, but the maintenance was too much. Now I'm focusing on my diet and getting back into excellent shape. Can't be chubby and bald looking like Barkley. Nah.

Yeah haha once the scar poked out of the line up i chalked it up to barber pushing it back to far but once the scar was completely visible was the day I lost all hope and just went 1 to Kobe to shave

That castor Oil isn't permanent? I've been using it on my beard and it's very slowly helping.
