Then look at the former players that have left. Those would be the guys I'd bring up. I just named a losing team not Sixers like they specifically have scrapped their whole roster.

But back to the main point, it isn't even about being COOL exactly. I think if you share workspace with someone for a significant time period (As Fish and Barnes did), you can't be messing with their ex-WIFE man.

I feel it's only foul if you were close.

Being former teammates and a "bond" aside, some ppl don't like or care for other ppl. easily could be a situation of Fisher not giving a **** about Barnes. Plenty teammates have not liked each other, don't chill, barely even acknowledge each other.

So obviously that person isn't going to see it the same way. Probably more so if he's just smashing the ex and not looking for a relationship.

I guess we have different views on it. I just feel sharing a space with someone for an extended period of time is enough for me to not touch their ex-wife. I mean, on the road and back again with someone for as long as they were together should be enough to not do something like that.

Barnes needs to shoot the fade with him everytime he sees him here on out. A lot of you over see the respect factor in the situation. These dudes did not have a normal work situation. This is someone you are with day in and day out with traveling and living with. How lame are you to clearly be persistent with someone else ex wife? You're a professional basketball player (Champion at that) you can't say no? Its so easy to pull females why you need it from a co workers ex wife? Anyone who co signs that has no morals or respect for crossing man codes. Like someone else said not everyone is raised right. A sucker gonna always be a sucker.

What is there to "explain."

I simply said that sharing a common workspace with someone over a long period of time should create SOME sort of connection (even if you dislike the person), that should stop you from messing with their ex-wife.

What kind of explanation do you need?

I mean there is an unofficial code about even getting with woman in your workplace, let alone your co worker's ex. It's just bad all around and Fisher shouldn't expect Matt Barnes to be okay with it. If there is another altercation again, he should know why. It just comes with the territory.
