Wsup with Russ on the defensive end? I've seen him lock dudes up in spurts, but he's never consistent with it.

Only thing Russ is constituent with on defense is lack of focus and effort. He has all the tools to be the top defender at his position.

Very lazy and undisciplined, just reaches and "lets" his man get by him and tries that behind swipe which works like %0.00001 of the time, dies on screens so easily then doesn't even chip or follow the big down into the paint. Like you said, when he's motivated, he is an absolute beast. He just isn't very often anymore.

But our bench though, that's where we are losing.

The screens are what kill Russ.

He'd rather give up an open shot than fight through it.

Energy saved

It's not even about "locking people up", but his effort just isn't there on that end. Like you don't have to be going 100 on the defensive end, but you gotta be in position. When I watch Russ on the defensive end, he's out of position, or not paying attention, or lazily reaching and dying on picks.

It can be done. Other PG's do it...and Russ has done it before. When locked in, he gives ball handlers hell.

russ doesnt need to change a thing, keep it up young man!

although a few extra steals wouldnt hurt my fantasy team

datznasty datznasty That article makes way way too much sense.

I tweeted it to BDonovan.

Tweet him about the foolishness of playing those all bench lineups. Payne got 12 minutes today too, but it's time for him and McGary to get bigger looks too. At this point, you can't play any worse than DJ. Need more Morrow (at the expense of Dion), but you see below why he is in Billy D's doghouse. I saw him get took to the basket by Stauskas the other day, no screens, no trickery, just straight iso at the top of the key

Augustin on court: 104.9
Augsutin off court: 99.4

Kanter on court: 106.8
Kanter off court: 97.6

Waiters on court: 105.3
Waiters off court: 96.6

Morrow on court: 110.3
Morrow of court: 98.0

Singler on court: 97.0
Singler off court: 102.9

Y'all thought the GOAT lived in OKC, false. Y'all thought the GOAT stopped being the GOAT outside of Miami, false. Now it's too late...

Either Byron Scott is this dense or he's actively trying to get fired lol

Lakers starters played 14 minutes together vs. the Suns, had an OEff of 123.9 & a DEff of 95.7. Played zero 4th quarter minutes together.

Tonight wasn't actually his fault, Rio went off because Rio was eating up DJ and Payne up all night.

Rio had so much swag

I think he got a nice and 1 tonight and then pointed to the camera

About a week ago they dealt him and Ennis to Memphis for Jarnell Stokes and Beno Udrih. Heat just trying to reduce salaries.

Oh yeah ... Forgot to mention Kyle Lowry is also better than J Wall. That's not even debatable. What are some of ya'll opinions? Just honestly seeing what people think.

Wall vs Westbrook he had 9pts 5ast.
