I wouldn't be surprised at all if these mediocre scums beat the Spurs tonight. That would be such a Rockets result after two huge disappointments since Christmas.

D-Mo and Thornton out tonight. D-Mo due to a back issue () and Thornton because his fiance went into labor last night, and he's still with her. Good decision, as he probably wouldn't have played anyway. Let's see how the rotation goes tonight, and see if Harrell/KJ are glued to the bench.

This team sucks. Didn't even for the score to balloon like it did cause I thought the Spurs were a good matchup for us, but usual Rockets reared it's ugly head at the start of the 3rs quarter. And in other #Vintage Rockets fashion, with two guys already out, we chose to not even play KJ and Harrell until What, very late in the 4th with the game already out of reach? The only thing saving this team is the low quality of the latter half of the West teams, but soon enough, that'll change, and either we'll man up and change it, or get left behind. Texans were 2-5 and are now 8-7 with a change to win the division. The Rockets need to get some heart and take note.

I hope they can turn it around but I doubt it. This team is no better than a 7 seed IMO. Which means an early playoff exit at the hands of the Spurs or Warriors

Let's see if we can get this win at home since we were able to take it on the road. This team is such a disappointment.

Side note, Lawson IG'd something like "let a dude ball out", then deleted it. Him and TJones need to go already

Ahhhh, that Lawson IG makes more sense now, since the league suspended him another 3 games due to his drink driving case.

Thornton getting PT :smokin when he's on the court, he's scoring, and JBB should realize that and quit playing around with Brewer. Also glad Harrell has been given more time. he may not be scoring a lot, buy he's bringing much needed energy. The game was also comedy for several errors  Anyway, big game coming up with the Pacers, another step up in class. Let's see if the Rockets step up with them since they seem to get up for elite teams.

This dude is out here tearin' it up and lookin' like DLeague AD. Handlin' the ball and runnin' the floor like a guard. Why my mans ain't got a contract OP? y'all up to 15 already?

Randomly caught some of that Putney game at school during a break on nbaTV. Had no idea it was live

Really good win. Pretty much had every classic Rocket moment you could think of, deficit included  :smh: Pretty well-rounded effort. 2 huge things that we got were Brewer showing up on offense, and Beverley showing up on defense. Down the stretch Bev really played that irritating suffocating defense that we've been needing from him. Still not sure why Harrell didn't get any burn when TJones added nothing, but can't say too much since they got the win. Have the Grizz on Tuesday. Would be nice to get a win against them for potential tie-breaker purposes.

Every time we get a quality win we lay an egg the next game. Hopefully we can start to turn this around. Raphael putney has been looking really good for RGV hopefully we don't miss out on something like we did with whiteside
