Maybe I'm wrong but I thought it was the place to get info on shoes and try to get the best deal possible by sharing knowledge that we obtain about kicks we love.
If so then why don't we ever post relevant facts like actual inventory counts for stores/warehouses?
I got called out earlier for not knowing how limited a shoe was and asked if I was new to this sneaker game.

Everyone has or has the ability to try our best to obtain manifests or if you really try warehouse counts. It seems like reselling is the word of the day and the main reason is lack of knowledge about what companies actually have to sell to the public. You will notice the people with the largest collection of shoes are the employees. Why? They have acess to discounts and inventory counts.

I know employees that have hundreds if not thousands of pairs all due to 1st dibs n reasons mentioned above. ^^^This is info we don't share on a regular for some reason and it would possibly kill the resell market. Forget what you heard when a FTL employee says there not copping and they show up to work n the same no name beaters everyday. One of NT sponsors used to be ISS a major reseller company which includes Nike employees, why?

I think if you not sharing relevant knowledge on here then you should be banned including myself. We all should be trying to help each other to succeed rather than being greedy and withholding knowledge. I hold mysey to the same standard.

NT has tons of useful information and very informed members. Sometimes you have to read through the noise and drama to find what you're looking for.

Thx bruh. Thats a start. But why no inventory counts? All I see is comments on copping or not, resale value n how many pairs you got. The real talk is on hush/mute most of the time.

I agree that we could use more concrete information on things. One thing I noticed about these NT MF'ers is that there is a lot of speculation that goes on surrounding the availability of certain releases that get found to be untrue per the actual release (UNC 1s availability was speculated in here to be less than Chicago's and SBB which w with higher resale, both proven to be untrue.).
But tbh, the kind of info you are looking for may only be found through actual sneaker employees not a sneaker discussion forum.

After reading, I think your complaint should be aimed more towards each individual store/warehouse than NT. Here is why I say this:

1. Many companies have policies and procedures set forth that each employee must excercise and follow. Breaking such policies and procedures could lead to disciplinary actions and/or termination, especially if they share company information publicly- on shoe forums, FB, IG, etc. and get caught (i.e., store inventory counts, or inventory manifest as a couple of examples). However, some mom and pop stores, and maybe a few big chain stores, give out information on inventory counts, or in your case, inventory manifests...but at their own discretion.

2. Managers and employees are entitled to an employee discount as a perk once they establish themselves as a valuable asset to the company after their 90 day probation period. Just because they are entitled to an employee discount, doesn't mean the general population is also, unless they are immediate family members (i.e., spouse, children). There are coupons and military discounts that can be used if you are trying to get the best prices, although some can not apply them to newly released product. Some members here are also good people who even help others out at retail plus shipping, or even sell off some of their shoes for cheap. Just got to build a relationship in the threads and credibility in the buy/sell forums to get some great deals.

3. As far as posting facts on releases whether it is limited or not, most of the information on limited or GR releases is simply speculation/best guess based on the information they receive and read about. All the information that gets posted here is the same information that gets out via social media or from Nike themselves that could be found with a little searching. However, Nike doesn't even give out information on store inventory counts/warehouse counts, unless it's a release like the most recent DBDozens via auctions.

4. NT does in fact sponsor some sites, but they are sites that sell on the secondary market. Same goes for NT, members who are selling on the secondary market. Now, if some are employees selling on their sites , or on NT, it is at their own discretion. But like I mentioned before, some members sell to other members for retail plus shipping to help out those who were not able to obtain a pair on the RD.

5. The point of NT is to open up discussions about shoes, brands, products, write reviews, build relationships, showcase your collection(s), buy/sell/trade, have fun chopping it up about past and present cops, etc.

Just my 2¢

I get all that but just like someone else said you gotta dig a lil bit on here for info. I have come across actual copies of store manifest in recent posts and did not now who was the person actually posting it.

Not bragging but I was a former store mgr @ FTL and a major retail electronics store. I know info leaks out n how the disco's r used. It doesn't have to be a store employee to post. I've got this info on recent releases from mgrs but did not post cuz of rep. We can get info n post anonymously even leave out certain info, just say they got 30 pairs in this town. Jussaayin.

There you have it...you answered your own questions since you know how all that works.

As mentioned, some members here may be employees and post at their own discretion, but if they choose to withhold that info, it doesn't make what they have posted irrelevant, or others for that matter. I think as long as you know what stores near you are releasing and what online sites are releasing, that is solid information enough and no one should be banned for that, including yourself.

Information can change at any given moment, all you gotta do is keep up with any current info the best way you know how, make adjustments, and adapt to the changes.

To tell you the truth NT members are different now. It could be we have more younger and newer members and the old nt memebers dont post as much for different reasons but I remember the nt was on yuku ppl where more out to help other ppl out, now all that has changed. Reselling before was frowned uponed now its all you hear. NT is funny bc we created the whole bots problem and now we cry about it, some members used to use them on the low but once a couple of member made it known and was talking about coding it gave birth to ealry links and atc services and now we cry about bots eating up all of the opportunities we have of buying shoes. So my point is NT has changed alot of the older members dont post anymore.

Everyone has their own methods, etc. for copping that  they have developed.  I won't publicize mine or how I get what I get.  Took a lot of trial, error, work to get a good system.  So now I, or others, just just post this on NT for all to get so a) the method is ruined or b) lazy/stupid ***** can leech off others in order to have a shortcut that we all had to find on our own.  OK OP.  LOL!

Yea you can worship whateva you like. I have family that does black magic. We all have free choice. Thought he was asking me a question so I stated my opinion.

Stephen Hawking was an atheist for most of his life til he realized that time and the earth has a beginning and an end and that is only possible by God controlling it.

But what does any of this have to do with the DB XIII.
