I saw a few pickup videos in the Philippines and man some of their malls are very luxurious. Or was that Singapore? I forget now, well one of those (if not both) countries have a very very nice mall.

Both countries have very nice malls. Ours tend to be larger, though.

I'm black fam....

I'm saying it was a moment me and him had.
A complete stranger blessing another stranger.
Sorry for bad wording
I respect you for your attitude on this but dude did his job. Should we now applaud every employe for not being shady? I mean.. why was there a size 10 in the back and not sold out/on shelves in the first place?
That´s kinda like praising a waiter for not spitting in your food, it should be the norm.

im going wait a week or two to buy it off someone by then everyone should of received there orders. prices should drop a little but not much.

good for you
Nike Flagship in Berlin received a whooping 4 pairs of size 9. Wouldn´t call that a GR.
That is one size though, homie.

If it isn't under 100k pair made globally, to me, it is a general release. It even came in GS sizes. Usually limited releases are hard to outside of Men's sizes. I could be wrong though.

The best explanation I got from my FTL manager, it was a GR release as far as allocation. But inventory were limited. But still a lot of stores around me that usually get GR release shoes, didn't get these.

Folks,

If you need a pair, just wait for the restock.

This shoe will be released again.

In 2019 maybe. If you couldn't get them Saturday what makes you think people are going to catch them on a restock. If resale values stays around 300, resellers going to swallow up them up again.

Yup resales are 10x harder than original release. I never understand how people can recommend that as a come up. Only thing resale can help with is if you slept on resale and now want a pair for a decent price. Thats it.

I'm still searching for some Shattered 1s for my size... I had a chance to grab it for a decent price of $270 when they released, but decided to hold out for a restock that ever came and never even sniff a chance. :smh:

I wouldn't count on a restock, but I wouldn't count one out either. Over the years restocks have provided some failures as well as retail gems. Members talk like NOBODY ever catches a restock. Everybody wont, but somebody will. If you like to shop resell, no point in eating and if you're retail or bust what other choice you got?

I ended up with 3 from HoH (bottom) and 1 from Puffer Reds (top), the PRs pair Varsity Red looks to be a little more vibrant. Maybe it's just me
WTF is Puffer Reds?

A local retailer of his

Finally took these out of the box and wore them. So comfortable. :nthat: My 2013 Chicago AJ1s are garbage compared to these. Easily 10x more comfortable because of the tongue alone. What were they thinking in 2013? :smh: Now, I'm more tempted to get a pair of 2015 Chicago AJ1s now.

The comfort is just improved in the tongue padding? Or all around?

I'd say the materials all around are softer. Makes the 2013 Chicago 1s leather feel cardboard-like (just would like to point out those didn't come with a padded tongue). :smh:

Walked into a FootLocker in Fairfield, AL yesterday afternoon hopeless af and this employee walked up to me and asked if I needed help. Told him everywhere is sold out and drove 25 mins please man please have a sz 10 for the Bred 1s. Dude paused a moment and looked at me and said I'll be back.....returned later sat the box down and recreated the shoe store scene from He Got Game
giphy.gif

He told me a very hot item luck is really on your side today smiled and left me to help someone else.
Reality set in and a little surge of emotion took me back to being a kid again holding this pair, feeling the buttery red leather, smelling the shoe, trying it on etc etc. I payed but before I left found that employee again and asked for his name so I could properly address him and told him I respect a HARDWORKING employee but above anything an HONEST employee and went for the handshake and lock up (slyly had money folded so he felt it when we locked up). Held it in place and said I know this job doesn't pay well and we brothers out here trying to get it frfr so here is a token of my appreciation. Picked up my bag and left but not without hearing a wow man fam gave me $150  when I made it to the door and walked back into the Hot Alabama weather [emoji]128526[/emoji]

Which footlocker in Fairfield. The one at west end?

The stitching on the fake pair below matches the retail pair almost to the T, therefore not all fakes failed the swoosh stitch test. Some factories in China have pretty much mastered the art of replication and it's getting harder and harder to tell. This is why I NEVER cop from #teamearly unless I know for sure my source can provided me with proof that the pair came from Nike or an authorized Nike distributor.

How do you know that pair is fake?

If you guys couldn't hit on the original release what in the world makes you think you're gonna hit on a random "small" restock?

If anything Nike is gonna use the remaining for grand opening stores opposed to putting all of them back online for sale.

We'll see a couple pairs pop back up, but I wouldn't hold my breath for a full blown restock.

question, if and when stores restock... is it possible that people with fake pairs , return the fakes and keep the real pairs... for a small come up... i mean i doubt nike and footsites have people doing verification on sneakers doing returns... just a thought...
