Easily better than Chicagos and I would take the soft smooth leather over th SBB IMO.

All panels and toebox are buttery smooth and soft

Nothing wrong with the ballsack texture...looks great on 3s and other places where it belongs. On these it takes away from the OG look.

Got a plug for my pair. I can finally feel comfortable beating my 2013s into oblivion now. Now if JB could do the same for Royals that'd be nice.
 
I think these will be tough to get In the north east region since it's back to school time around here. Either way I'll be doing my best to secure a pair for me and the Mrs. Good luck NTFam
