East Coast Global Warming Appreciation Thread...vol. Today ONLY

Nah man, this blows. Feel like I wasted money buying a couple new winter coats.

It used to be that if you didn't like the cold and complained, I'd tell you to move out of NY. If this keeps up, imagine the soft Cali peoples transplanting to NYC :x.
 
That it's going to be 70+ degrees on x-mas day got me smiling.

We've had a few winters in NYC with little to no snow but it feeling like Spring out here :smokin It's a nice change of pace for once.

Not every single year but it usually snows a good deal.

A nor'easter may show up in Feb.

In Michigan we basically just have Summer and Winter.  The later lasts till about early May. Also, considering the city of Detroit doesn't do that great of a job plowing the streets I'm 100% ok not having snow at this point. Yup, going to take this blessing and enjoy it.

They stole our warm weather

But they can't quite match us so it's still raining :lol:

I'm just glad it stopped raining out here. I won't complain about 60 degree weather like some LA folks

I'm good with wearing shorts and a t-shirt year round :pimp:
 
I can't rock with this warm weather around christmas time. Just be cold for like the week of christmas, maybe a little snow, nothing that needs to be shoveled and it can be 70 for the rest of the winter. But as it is right now I'm just not feeling very christmasy

It's probably cuz I don't celebrate xmas but festivus that I don't mind.

I like my seasons but I'm fine not to see snow until next year.
 
I'm not mad at this global warming, the bills for my heating during the colder seasons have decreased significantly

It really is very noticeable though, especially this year. I got flowers blossoming that aren't supposed to blossom until March-April.

I do hate the significant rise in temperature during the summer though. My ideal temperature is 25° Celsius.

This summer the heat went up to 37°C on some days

I'm loving the weather in DC. Just means I can ride with my top down for a few more weeks.
