yeah SNS tends to do that. especially if you dont receive a confirmation email from sns. happened twice to me where i submitted payment and got the thank you confirmation page and an email from paypal showing i submitted payment. but if you dont get that sns confirmation email, they'll refund you and send you a cancellation email saying they oversold while you were checking out
