What do you do for a living?

I'm an IT Analyst for a goverment agency. Not any secret spy stuff or anything, my job is prettt boring day to day. I work in/around eletronic health record systems. My actual responsibilities are analyzing applications (both vendor and proprietary) and creating reports on what they are, how they're used, etc so that other people can decide what to do with them.

Base salary is 50K, but with afterhours/overtime and a little contracting on the side, my actual take home can be anywhere between 50K-75K.

Just turned 24.

You sound like this dude I had to watch do a presentation the other day :nerd: :nerd: :nerd:

I work at a hospital and dude came in with a wifi pineapple and ubertooth talm bout he gonna hack our phones and devices and **** us up if we abuse the ehr :nerd:

I'm a Capital Markets Analyst

63K bring home around 75k w/ OT. Turn 24 next month

Capital markets dudes and underwriters got it made the company I left dealt with commercial real estate financing...they would buy season tickets to whatever team ( the company is nation wide), Superbowl tickets, 5 grand dinners put it on their corporate card then be reimbursed for it through their expense reports.. Since the company is nation wide they could be transferred to any city of their choice

Turning 25 in May. I remember being 15 or 16 and browsing NT for the first time. Now I got bills to pay to pay and real life to worry about
