ya i didnt mind the end as much as the people i watched it with, who were completely turned off by the ending. Their gripes are totally understandable though. We ended up having a long debate afterwards over if we would stay w/ Howard or escape.

When Goodman cleaned up nice, I thought it was a wrap for Ramona.

I'd rather take my chances with the aliens rather than staying with Goodman.

It's hard for me, things were weird but fine until they started making that suit which eventually got dude shot. Didn't seem like the evaders were close to knowing about the bunker
 
I feel like y'all that are saying this movie wasn't good are programmed to like that surface level type stuff that just simply satisfies and entices your mind.

Y'all don't appreciate a psychological thriller a movie that actually exercises your mind.

This was actually a pretty good movie. Totally makes up for the first one, which this is nothing like. Pleasantly surprised. :smokin

What? Cloverfield is cult classic. While this movie was decent, it doesn't compare to Cloverfield.

Too each his own, but the first one was hot garbage IMO. Blair witch also was a "cult classic" that was hot garbage :lol:

Go back and watch it again.

Problem was a lot of stuff went over people's heads.

That was the true terror of Cloverfield, the psychological terror...for those who understood.

just finished watching this. I love me some Mary winfield.

Movie was creepy af. I liked it. Really had me questioning throughout the whole film....if Dan crazy or is he ahead of the game? Why is this bunker so ill? No tv? Where's Roseanne? DJ still weird?

Thought it was meh the aliens sprayed stuff when she had her mask on, but it quickly dissipated fast af as the next scene, no mask and she's gucci.

So she takes out 1 alien with a random molotov cocktail and suddenly she has the balls to be ellen ripley? k.

Ramona is bae forever

The movie was t boring at all, all the scheming had me waiting for things to happen
The ending was well...like what most said, it went from
0-100

The whole alien ship /Molotov thing seemed lane to me but meh...
Solid movie that ID watch again for free

Thought it was okay. Ending was unexpected kind of. 

I dont remember the OG Cloverfield, haven't seen it in forever, might rewatch
