Nope! I'm looking at it from a company standpoint not wrestling. In ANY company you just don't touch anybody non the less even your supervisor/owner of the company joking or not. Keep them hands to yourself

And I'm looking at it from a realistic standpoint..This is a company/atmosphere where joking around, or ribs, are extremely common..So why would Titus think that this would be out of line?..There are dozens of stories you hear in shoots where people say that Vince is a guy that jokes around a lot and likes to have fun with "the boys"..So Vince, WWE, Trips and whoever else thought a suspension was warranted are completely out of line and I hope they get nothing but negative press because of it..
 
We really gonna talk business ethics when Vince just made a Diva in her 20s kiss Ric Flair and before that insulted the death of Flair's son for the sake of ratings.
He puts them in a position where if you say no you lose your chance of a push but if you say yes you're going way beyond your comfort level which isn't something any boss should do.

perhaps titus was trying to assert himself over the rest of the group with this interaction...and he failed

also - these stories of vince joking around with the boys...if that includes physical...really, when's the last time that was commonplace?

Any company with relaxed policy in place has a double standard and is probably a negative poisonous place to work. One day it's cool the next it's not so what do you do?? Keep your hands to yourself and mouths shut. Not the place to pull a rib or pull your boss to the side to talk to him Titus was outta line b
