Just ordered a pair of NMD PKs. I've been reading that you should go .5 size down on the mesh NMDs, would the PKs be the same deal?

Mesh actually run small so most people size up on those.  PK run large so .5 or even a full size down is common.

if they are still too big just throw an insole in them...NMD's dont have an insole

They def scrapped those and who knows why but they will probably come out in the future based on their tweet about it.
