I totally agree with you. I tried on the burgundy pair the other day and it was so stiff I had to pass. Might be because I should have gotten a half size bigger but just feeling them compared to others was a lot rougher.

Replying on the stiffness of these. The material is very woolly and not breathable at all. They're also not easy to slip on and off. I went a 1/2 up and added a insole to the shoe, so they can slip on easier and ease up the the mid foot tightness due to the material. The insole helps my foot fill out the extra space in the front of the shoes.

Overall great looking high quality shoe.

My local Uniqlo sells dope no-show socks

What type of no show socks do you guys wear with these? The only socks I found that actually stay on my heal are stance. Thx in advance.

Anybody who copped these, how does the mesh feel compared to other pairs? Mine feel real stiff...haven't felt any mesh pairs feel like this

Def stiffer and I like that. Plan to rock them in the NYC fall/winter, want the durability. I tend to destroy flimsy mesh and the reason i waited so long to get a pair.

i dont have any other pairs of mesh nmds but they are a lot stiffer than i expected. they'll probably loosen up with a couple wears

I learned my lesson on the tater sacks with the very first nmd drop. Can't do it, all returned or sold... Even the FTL exclusive.


In other news, unds'd my black champs exclusive today. Actually my first nmd unds, very comfy beater. My beater PB's will be quite relieved. Very stable walking model.

Fair enough but I would never pay resell for a mesh/wool blend when the real Wool is coming out shortly after. I'd recommend holding out and then paying resale for the real winter wools if you have to.

Have you looked at the RLS nmd laces? Those are 32". They're a bit shorter than the stock ones which are 36" I believe.
