Three stripes are reflective on the Trail R1s while the laces are reflective on the JD Sports Olive.
Other than the heel support, sole plate, and tab color differences, they are the same shoe.

Quick question !! Does the Nmd white og come with the black box? Sometimes i see it with the blue box and sometimes with the black box. It 's confused to me about judging fake or real.
