if i can enter 9 stores in 2 mins from the comfort of my bed i'm not complaining. Raffle tickets and the times don't really work out for those with 9-5's who commute. The check in thing is silly to me is all.

You only have to go to the store if you win and purchase your pair instore. This app is not for the online releases those are still normal online.

no. You have to go to one of the stores you chose to check in and get an extra minute head start.... you dont have to go to the store to enter the raffle

My stores here are doing the old school paper ticket raffles. Just got a ticket at FootLocker and FootAction with no line. Will be getting one at Finish Line tomorrow. Champs did guaranteed tickets yesterday. Wish I had known that, their website said raffle.

And man these will be everywhere.
Every footlocker in my zip code radius will get them including the ones in a old plaza

Again, it's actually a brilliant design feature. It is intended, along with the 3-store limit and factoring in spending at specific stores, to cut down on non-locals entering raffles for stores they have no intention of traveling to. If you can't get to the store to check in, you obviously can't/won't get there to pick the shoes up. How many times have we seen some idiot who lives in Arizona enter the raffle for 21 Mercer or NTNY to "test it out" or just to mess up someone else's chances? This feature helps reduce the risk of that happening.
This app was very well thought and will require straight up hacking to beat.

Purpose of checking in is to better your chances with the headstart raffle by adding one more minute to your countdown. You can take the gamble with your default headstart and hope to win without anymore time addded if you don't feel like going to the store. If you work or live close by a store just check in with that store. I work near a footaction so during lunch I just check in right quick for that extra minue and it counts towards all the other footactions. So it still saves me a trip from having to drive to two other stores and pick up tickets with them.

You only need to check in at one store and you get the extra minute for all three. So I usually just check in at the store by my job even though the app has always let me pick up at the HOH near my house.

No you do not. Only if you want to check in for a Headstart do you need to go to the actual store. You can enter but do not have to check in...

Guys-You DO NOT HAVE to check in at store. It simply increases your Headsart time by 1 minute. It improves your chances but is not a requirement to win the raffle.

Yes, it used to be so easy for employees to pick their friends tickets. When you pick winners on the store security camera, either cup the winning ticket in your hand or tape the winning tickets to the side of the raffle box and grab those
I think the purpose of making us go into stores to check in on the app is to up-sell us on related products like matching clothing for that specific shoe release

i remember reading that people with early pairs said to go .5 up is that what you guys are doing or sticking with TTS?

I swear, the dumbest people come out for releases like this. I was getting raffle tickets at chanps and I was talking to the guy who worked there about the rumored Yeezy release on the 17th when a girl came up to us and asked "what Jordan's are them 350s you're talking about-are they the all red ones?"

I was able to score on all Yeezy's with a 6 minute headstart as of recent. I believe with at least a 5 minute headstart on this release you should be fine however.
