Heel is just red with a black mesh overlay? Works decently with the rest of the shoe, black laces, IMO. If anything it dulls them down a bit which is needed.
 
Yeah I liked the overlay, which I didn't really like on the oreos.

The blue was my second choice if they didn't have my size. Depending on how I like these I might go back for another pair, since I have another coupon.
 
After playing in Kyrie 3's I can safely say I took these shoes for granted and I love them with all of my heart
 
Went to HOH near my crib and was able to find the Sauce colorway in my size, thank god I didn't bite on the resell prices.
 
Someone else said this before about Sauces... i found them harder to put on than my other pairs. My other pairs werent hard at all actually

Yup...had a hell of a time putting those on. No problems with any other CW.

Wow...didn't know he was back writing about sneakers

I actually found niketalk bc of a link on kicksology to more pics of upcoming VC Shox or Air jordans back in the early 2000s. It's amazing how much better a job he does explaining things than a lot of popular reviewers today, who use generic adjectives ("good", "a1") without saying anything of substance. Thanks for sharing the link.

I've only played in these KDs a few times, and they really are one of the best-cushioned shoes I've worn, but they're too narrow for me. The outside of the top of my foot is usually sore after wearing them, even casually. It's kind of a shame, bc without that issue I'd definitely get a few of these, especially now that they're going on sale.

Even the battle grey? Every foot locker I have been to, the only KD 9 that's not on sale is the battle grey, sauce and the purple/black pair. 

But some folks posting photos of their KD 9 at their stores have the purple/black pair on sale.
