FL Homeowner Shoots, Kills Teen Burglary Suspect. Now His Family Is Mad

Y'all rationalizing with the robber just need to admit that getting shot is a potential outcome when you break into houses.

cuz we live in the wild west now
I don't know what America you been living in but yeah it's always been like that.

Maybe it's a state by state thing. I know if I broke in to a house in Fl, Tx, Az, etc. I'll probably get shot if anyone is home.

That's how it is. All these guns these gun owners got is there for a reason and it aint for show.

so where is the line drawn?

can we kill someone for looking at us funny and making us feel threatened?

what about slander, can i kill someone for the damage they may do my reputation?

i mean its all so psychological harm akin to getting your house broken into

whos to say one is more harmful than another?

at comparing someone breaking into your house and stealing from you to a guy giving you a mean look

causing property damage and stealing your valuables is not "psychological harm"

but the rationale in here was that the devastation of home invasion justifies murder

No, the rationale is that when you're a criminal, you inherit what comes with that territory especially in a state that protects people shooting intruders.

no that wasnt the rationale because burglary isnt a capital crime

if the state cant execute for it, neither should individual citizens

Alright dude. You're clearly trolling. Everybody here keeps saying the same thing and you blatantly ignore it.

Some of you dudes need to understand law. Forget if it's irrational, murder, frowned upon or flat out wrong. In FLA if you forcefully enter someone's private property unannounced you are risking your life. Plain and simple. In the eyes of the law, you are completely justified under the castle doctrine to use deadly force and are granted immunity under these circumstances no questions asked

Hand king just wants to ignore everything and pass his opinion off as fact. He's a troll.

You might do better in France or something. We strapped to the **** around these parts.

the rationale really "round these here parts" is that criminals arent humans or dont have rights

They knew of the consequences before hand. Anyone from FL will tell you the art of thievery is a lost cause out here because of these types of laws.

When you commit a crime or commit to being a criminal you forefit a lot of rights and you risk your life in doing so.
